Stockport Homes manage the council housing for Stockport. They are one of the UK's top social landlords. I was the main in-house graphic designer for 10 years.
This was a very varied role that included design for print, digital media, animation and professional photography.
I oversaw the re-design of the quartely magazine that went out to all 11,000 tenants and also ran a rebranding exercise that involved local councillors, MP's and the board of directors.

GEORGE HOUSE TRUST
George House Trust is a leading HIV charity. Every year they attend Manchester Pride festival.
I was approached to develop design ideas around a 1980's theme. The brief was to inform people how attitudes had changed around HIV.
Working closely with the head of marketing I developed a logo that used elements of the existing GHT brand. Illustrations and large scale posters were created to communicate at the pride event expo stand. I also provided event photography on the day.
Working with local cyclists I developed a hardback book that shared experiences of cycling in Manchester. I designed the book and created the illustrations.
I captured the photographic portraits using a DSLR Camera. I experimented with a technique that used photoshop to merge many images at once to create a very shallow depth of field.
I also designed zines and leaflets for local cycling groups to encourage people to cycle around Manchester.
Supper Club is a small charity. They run dining and entertainment events to raise money to fund education and food for children in Africa.
I developed a brand and identity that could be used across digital and social media. I developed themed posters to advertised events.
I also provided event photography and a thank you film for all the people who donated time and attended the events.
They have raised over £7500 so far.

BE WELL EXHIBITION
The Be Well Exhibition was held to promote wellbeing in mind and body.
I created a series of illustrations of musicians that have inspired me and sold the portraits to raise funds for Mind and Macmillan Cancer Care.
The illustrations are hand drawn and then digitally manipulated using Adobe Illustrator.
I raised over £500 for the charities.
Lifeseeker is a wellbeing brand in West Wales that I helped develop. The idea was to build a website and brand that brings together activities that help nurture people and create a more positive lifestyle.
I worked closely with the business owner to produce a brand that was modern and incorporated the cliffs of West Wales along with the sea. I also then helped to define the brand by coming up with the four key elements. I provided landscape photography and business stationery.
I enjoy working with clients to help them create a brand.
I like to find out the unique story and selling points of their service. I then use my conceptual design skills to help make a brand.
I have run branding workshops with management teams to help them discover their brand and unique voice.
I am an experienced and talented digital photographer. I have experience of using DSL cameras and lighting set ups to capture portraits.
